Finally, inventory is growing and it’s doing so during a time-period when it normally shrinks. From May to June prices held steady and that hasn’t happened in a very long time.  However, in July, the  median price across the valley jumped up by $10,000. July also saw “days in market” tick up by three days more than June, but one day lower than last year.
